“The Dutch Complete™ Testing Package"
“The DUTCH Complete Test (Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones) by Precision Analytical Lab and Regenerus lab, shows an extensive profile of sex and adrenal hormones (oestrogen, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA, Cortisol) and melatonin, along with their metabolites, to help identify symptoms of hormonal imbalance.
DUTCH testing is useful to understand your levels in Peri Menopause and also designed to be optimally effective for most forms of hormone replacement therapy. Unique methods are used for improved monitoring of oral progesterone and vaginal hormones.
The test is easily collected in the comfort of your own home, over a 14-16 hour period, you take 4 or 5 urine samples and allow them to dry, prior to sending these off to the labs to be processed. The great thing about Dried Urine samples is that they are stable for several weeks making them convenient to ship worldwide.
Once you’ve received the results, together we go through your results on Zoom or Video call. And put a plan of action in place to get you feeling great again! Or referring you back to your GP or Medical Practitioner if you choose the medicated route.
How do I Order?
Step 1 Click on the button below to order your package. Step 2 The test is sent to you with full instructions on when and how to take the test. A support call is available if you are struggling to work out the best date to take the test. Take the test at home and send it off to the Labs to be processed.
Step 3 You will be invited to complete a Health form with your Health history, PeriMenopause Symptoms, Diet, Lifestyle and your goals. This information allows us to give you a more detailed explanation to your symptoms and offer advice during your consultation.
Step 4 Approximately 3 weeks after your Test, you will be invited to attend a 1 Hour Video Consultation where we’ll run through and analyse your test results. You'll get your queestions answered and recommend a lifestyle plan, dietary changes or supplements to help you get back on track with your health goals. There is the option to book a further Consultation Package or Join the Online Support Programmes for ongonig support.
